SWST.pk par hum imported smart electronic, security aur automation products provide karte hain. Hamare zyada tar products China se import hotay hain aur Pakistan me inka koi official warranty center available nahi hota. Isi wajah se hum sirf 7 din ki check warranty policy offer karte hain.

🛡️ 7 Din Check Warranty Policy

Customer ko product receive hone ke baad 7 din ke andar check karna lazmi hai.

Agar 7 din ke andar:

  • Product ON na ho
  • Product bilkul dead ho
  • Manufacturing fault ho (jo pehle se issue ho)

👉 To aisi surat me product replacement ke liye eligible hoga.

⚠️ Ye sirf manufacturing fault / dead on arrival cases par apply hota hai.

❌ 7 Din Ke Baad Policy

7 din complete hone ke baad:

  • ❌ Return nahi hoga
  • ❌ Exchange nahi hoga
  • ❌ Refund nahi diya jayega

Kyunkay in products ki koi long-term company warranty available nahi hoti.

⚠️ Important Electrical Notice

Ye products electronic aur sensitive hotay hain.

Inko sahi tareeqay se use karna bohat zaroori hai:

  • Voltage fluctuation se damage ho sakta hai
  • Galat wiring se product kharab ho sakta hai
  • Overload (geyser, motor, AC) se burn ka risk hota hai

❌ Agar product:

  • Burn ho jaye
  • Overload ki wajah se damage ho jaye
  • Galat installation ho
  • Voltage issue se kharab ho jaye

👉 To warranty apply nahi hogi.

📦 Return / Replacement Conditions

Product sirf us surat me accept hoga jab:

  • ✔ Original condition me ho
  • ✔ Burn ya physical damage na ho
  • ✔ Water damage na ho
  • ✔ Open / repair / modify na kiya gaya ho
  • ✔ Box aur accessories complete hon

🔄 Replacement Policy

  • Refund available nahi hai
  • Sirf replacement diya jayega (agar fault confirm ho)
  • Processing time: 3–5 working days
  • Faulty product wapas mangwaya ja sakta hai

🚚 Courier Charges Policy

  • Agar fault confirm ho jaye → courier SWST pay karega
  • Agar fault na mile → courier charges customer pay karega
